Citizens in Peril are characters that are in a dangerous situation or stuck somewhere. For saving them, you are rewarded with a Gold Brick. Listed below are all of the citizens to find in each level.

To save her you need to use a vehicle with the Time Travel Ability to travel back in time to the 1912 Titanic and use a character or vehicle with Growth Ability to grow a plant. To save the Scooby Gang, you simply need to use a character or vehicle which can perform the Gyrosphere Switches Ability, which will raise a platform with the Scooby Gang members, freeing them. |

You need to pull a handle to pull the anchor, however, you will be attacked by Robo SWATs and the handle will be destroyed. After you defeat them, you need to use a character with the Grapple Ability to finish pulling the anchor up, saving Jacob. |

Shrink down and travel the tunnel to reach another area with Gold LEGO Objects. Use a character with the Laser Ability to destroy them and rebuild a portal to the secret area.). Trivia
- Even if you rescue the Scooby Gang (3 characters), the icon represents Velma.
- When Ralph Wiggum is rescued, it says "Ralph Wiggum Rescued? That's Unpossible". This is likely a reference to what Ralph himself said when Principal Skinner told him that he was failing English in The Simpsons episode "Lisa on Ice", which was "Me fail English? That's unpossible!".
- The Dalek Extermination of Earth and The Final Showdown (The LEGO Batman Movie) are the only levels to have two Citizens in Peril being Judoon and Clara Oswald, and Paul Feig and Dorothy Gale respectively.
- This is possibly because Judoon and Dorothy Gale weren't necessarily meant to be the main Citizens in Peril for The Dalek Extermination of Earth and The Final Showdown (The LEGO Batman Movie) respectively, as Judoon and Dorothy Gale both reward the player with a Minikit and not a Gold Brick.
- The only franchises that have more than one Citizen in Peril are Back to the Future, Doctor Who, Ghostbusters, Midway Arcade, Ninjago, Portal 2, Scooby-Doo!, The Lord of the Rings, The Simpsons, and The Wizard of Oz.
