"Hannibal asked me to deliver these oil drums all around the city, I gone and crashed that chopper after Billy - that's my little canine friend, here - thought it was a good idea to hop in my lap mid-flight!
Yup, that ol' chopper ain't much more than a fancy art installation now... So, if you'd happen to have the means and inclination to make these deliveries in my place, we'd be awfully appreciative. Right, Billy?" - Murdock at the start of the Quest

- This quest only appears after restoring the oil-pumps and activating them with the energy-transfer ability, as from a story-perspective the oil drums have to be filled before they can be delivered.
