Minas Tirith is a huge stone city, cut out into the eastern tip of the White Mountains. It is one of the biggest cities in the realm of Gondor, although most other cities being destroyed. Minas Tirith is a well defended city full of high walls, trebuchets and catapults. It is also home to the last of the Gondorian Stewards, Denethor.
In the Riddle-earth level, Minas Tirith is attacked by The Riddler riding the Balrog. He invades the Citadel of Minas Tirith, right on the top of the seventh level and the highest point of the city. Many question marks, the Riddler's symbol, are written all over various parts of the city and technology such as loudspeakers and jukeboxes are spread all over, signifying the Riddler's presence and takeover of the city.
