The Throne Room is a Wizard of Oz location in Emerald City that is featured in LEGO Dimensions.
Background
The Throne Room is the Wizard of Oz's office in Emerald City where anyone who wishes to have an audience with him meets him personally, although the permission can be revoked at any time.
Dorothy Gale and her dog Toto, and their companions Scarecrow, Tin Woodman, and Cowardly Lion have met the Wizard here, where he also requested them to take the Broom of the Wicked Witch of the West as a proof that they defeated her.
After defeating the Witch in her Castle, the group managed to return here and showcase her Broom. The Wizard, however, told them to meet him the next day, which frustrated them ever further, alerting Toto to spy a curtain that revealed an old man in a control room, who's actually the Wizard. Upset that he was not only a fraud, they also called him out for not keeping his promise to grant their wishes: Dorothy to go home to Kansas, Scarecrow brains, Tin Woodman a heart, and Lion courage. He then apologized to them, and told them how he got to Oz in the first place. He then granted Scarecrow a diploma, Tin Woodman a red heart-shaped pocket watch, and Lion a medal with the word 'Courage' on it. He also gave Dorothy and Toto a trip back to the United States on his hot-air balloon, which she accepted.

Trivia
- There are some differences between the book and the film on how Dorothy and friends met the Wizard here:
- In the book, there was a rule that they have to visit the Wizard one by one per appointment, which went like this: Dorothy went inside the Throne Room first with Toto, followed by Scarecrow, Tin Woodman, and Cowardly Lion last; the 1939 film had them visiting the Wizard together.
- The book said you have to climb a long series of steps to meet the Wizard; the film, however, featured a long green hallway instead from the main lobby of Emerald City.
- The Wizard took different forms when meeting Dorothy and friends in their separate appointments with him in the book (a giant head, a beautiful lady, a huge multi-arm rhino-like creature, and a giant ball of fire), but in the film, he had only one form, which appears to be the mix of the giant head from Dorothy and Toto's visit and the ball of fire from Lion's visit in the book.
