- Ensure the age setting on the Xbox 360/One profile you are using is set to Adult. To do this please follow these steps: While connected to the internet go to “Settings” and then “Privacy” and then go to “Change Settings” and press on “Adults”, then press “Save and Exit”
- Ensure you have sufficient hard drive space to download the updates
- Ensure you are set up to an internet connection. [Please Note Mobile Cellular Networks or "HotSpots" are not capable of downloading updates due to their large file size]
**Ensure you have completed the tutorial which ends after defeating the Wicked Witch on the Yellow Brick Road Level.
How to Set Up Xbox Live Silver Account:
- Press the Xbox Button on the Controller.
- Navigate to your profile page
- Select "Join Xbox Live"
- Follow the On-Screen Prompts
- Select your preferred status level
How to Install General Updates:
- Start Console
- Launch Game
- Update will automatically start
- Allow the update to install 100% before attempting to launch
How to Install Content Packs:
- Launch Lego Dimensions
- During the main menu options ("New Game," "Load Game," and "Options.") please select "Options."
- Select "Additional Content"
- Please select the desired content packs
- Initiate the download
- Allow to download 100% before attempting to launch the game
How To Play Content Packs:
**Ensure you have completed the tutorial which ends after defeating the Wicked Witch on the Yellow Brick Road Level.
- Go or Return to Vorton
- You can access the level by walking up to the portal on the game pad (do not jump in) and standing directly in front of the portal, itself, press the action button
- Go to Level Select
- Select the appropriate level
Once you have gone through these steps and confirmed there is sufficient space to download the updates, you should be able to complete the content update(s) successfully.
